Horse and Hound Rescue Foundation is the brain child of a dedicated group of animal lovers seeking to help find forever homes for off track Thoroughbreds, however, we also acknowledge the need to place abandoned dogs, as this is a concern among all communities. We welcome any constructive input as we launch this new endeavor.

Adoption process

1. Fill out the Adoption Application. 2. Approval. Once your Adoption Application has been processed you will be notified by e-mail or phone stating that you are either approved or not approved. If you are not approved, the reasons will be explained. 3. Adoption Fee. The pet's adoption fee must be paid before the animal is removed from HHRF property. The fee may be paid by cash, check, Paypal or Paypal accepted credit cards. 4. Sign the Adoption Agreement. 5. Transportation. Once the adoption fee has been paid, the adopter arranges transportation. New owner is responsible for any transportation needs and fees. If you need any help with arrangements, please talk with a HHRF representative.
