Hisses to Kisses started as a single-person entity by a woman who wanted to help her neighborhood by nurturing feral cats in need. Her mission: to reduce the number of feral cats in her home state and maintain those colonies that already exist. As she continued towards fulfilling her mission, she was joined by other passionate people in her area. Officially founded in 2019, Hisses to Kisses, Inc. now includes a network of fosters, transport personnel, and administrators.
