Heart and Hand Society, Inc. is registered as a charity with the IRS, donations are deductible at a 50% rate, as well as with the Attorney General of New York State, Charities Bureau. Our annual report is filed with the NYS Attorney General, and can be viewed by contacting the NYS Attorney General. Our annual reports will also be posted on our website. Every cat's life is important to us, therefore, we do not distinguish between young and old, sick or healthy, mixed or purebred, friendly or feral. We do not deal solely with cats that would be deemed adoptable. We are also concerned with feral cats and those who are in need of medical care.
