About

We are a family-based rescue dedicated to helping one animal at a time. We take in debilitated strays, abandoned animals and / or abused animals. With love and focus on veterinary care, appropriate nutrition, and plenty of socialization and training we strive to bring out the best in each pet that comes into our care. Our ultimate goal is to get to know the animal well enough that we can confidently place it in a home that is perfectly suited to its needs, and vice versa.

Adoption process

Our adoption process is pretty simple. If you see a pet that you like, please fill out an adoption application and email it to us at gretashaven@gmail.com. We will acknowledge that we received it within 24 hours. Please give us about a week to review your application. We will notify you of your status as soon as the review is completed. You may wish to familiarize yourself with the terms and conditions of our adoption contract before completing the application. If you would like to ask questions about a pet before filling out an application, or if you would like to arrange a meeting, please contact us. Adoption fees are typically $80.00 for a dog, $50.00 for a cat and $30.00 for others. If the pet that you are interested in has a different fee than those shown above, you will see it mentioned in the pet's bio.
