Friends of the Kern County Animal Shelters Foundations (or "Friends") is a 501(c)3 nonprofit organization. Friends works to secure funds through hosting events and fundraisers to assist with the needs of homeless companion animals in Kern County. Through our efforts, Friends helps provide funding for specific programs or necessities for our County shelter system, providing funding for collaborative assistance.
