Our mission is to support and facilitate FCAC's lifesaving work by providing the resources to: treat and rehabilitate shelter pets with medical and behavioral needs; enrich the shelter environment and reduce stress for shelter pets; encourage spay/neuter programs (e.g., through grantwriting support); recruit volunteers, foster care providers, and rescue partners for harder-to-place animals; and help families keep their pets or safely rehome them, allowing shelter staff to devote limited resources to fewer pets.
