Since 2007, FODR has been working to better the lives of dogs and cats in our community. Operating only on donations, we are the only private all-volunteer rescue in the northeast MO region.

Adoption process

All of our rescues are adopted via foster homes, our first priority is always to the animal, we try to match each available pet with their perfect forever home. All potential homes must submit an adoption application. If at anytime you can not keep the pet you have adopted, they must be returned to FODR.
