DISNP helps people with the cost of spay/neuter their pets. We also rescue animals, we have no shelter, we foster all animals in foster homes. We are a 501c3 non-profit org . Our mission is to save lives by helping people with the cost of spay/neuter their pets, rescue animals and teach people the humane way to caring for their pets
