In 2012, the nonprofit, Chap’s Chow Rescue INC, was established and a small dedicated group of volunteers formed the only Chow rescue in the Southeastern U.S. Chap’s Chow Rescue is a small rescue doing big things. Chap’s Chow Rescue is located near Atlanta, GA and operates via foster homes. Our only limitation is resources. Please support us by joining our team and/or making a donation.
