MISSION: To humanely decrease the abandoned and community (feral) cat population through the widely accepted, non-lethal Trap, Neuter, Return, and Manage (TNRM) methodology. To foster compassion among our island's kama'aina and visitors. To encourage the removal of friendly cats and kittens for fostering, adoption, and to reunite lost felines who have found their ways into colonies.
