About

The mission of Camp Basenji is to rescue, rehabilitate and re-home dogs of the Basenji breed; to educate owners and potential adopters; to rescue and foster Basenjis and place them into safe environments where their needs will be met; and to constantly educate ourselves so that we can place dogs in the best homes possible for a mutually beneficial outcome. Our mission statement is filed with the IRS, which granted Camp Basenji Corp. tax exempt status since April 2012 under section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code.
