Just wanted to know if someone turned in my cat. He is a neutered black male and has a white tip at the end of his tail. He may have been hit by car. He has been missing since March 5 at 7:30 p.m.

Someone dropped a cat off and she was pregnant she had 4 kittens and I was wondering if you could tell me where to take them to be fixed where they can't have kittens,
Please I would appreciate it, I want to have the momma and 4 kittens they are around 4 or 5 months old.
