ASTRA is a network of Volunteers dedicated to rescuing and finding Forever Homes for those Scotties who find themselves without. ASTRA has Volunteers throughout South Alabama, South Mississippi and Northwest Florida. If you have a Scottie dog you can no longer care for or find one wandering the street, please contact us so we may find that special little Scott a forever home.
