The Animal Rescue of Carroll, Inc. is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization founded in 2006. Animal rescue of Carroll will host a dog and cat shelter servicing and caring for lost, unwanted or homeless dogs and cats, with a focus on adoption, education, cruelty prevention, spay and neuter programs, and reuniting lost dogs and cats with their owners.

Adoption process

The following outlines the process for adopting a pet through ARC: Fill out and submit Adoption Application to ARC. Please remember an application DOES NOT guarantee adoption. ARC may take several applications for each pet. It is not a first come- first serve basis. Each pet has it's own personality and needs and ARC is working to find the best fit for the animal. Applicants will meet pet they are interested in adopting. After applicant is approved, arrangement for adoption will be made. This includes signing the ARC contract.
