If you love cats rescue them from this shelter. The owner, Kathleen Jackson, is a chain smoker. The sanctuary reeks with secondhand smoke. There is stuff coming from the eyes of these cats. It is horrible that this woman doesn't realize that secondhand smoke can effect , infect, her cats. And she smokes 100's size cigarettes. The place REEKS!
