About

Animal House of South East Michigan intends to provide a number of humane companion animal related services to the community, such as: *Operate an animal rescue providing a haven for homeless animals. *Work to place these animals into loving and permanent homes or reunite owners with their lost pets whenever possible.*Attempt to keep people and their pets together by a number of activities, such as, low cost veterinary care and providing food, etc. to those in need. *Educate the public on humane and responsible animal care and pet ownership.*Engage in other activities necessary to further our main purpose of providing humane companion animal services.We are a "no-kill" rescue. We define "no-kill" as only humanely euthanizing in cases of demonstrated unsound, aggressive and dangerous behaviors. We believe that euthanizing animals to accommodate space constraints is no longer an option.
