SCARS is a non-profit 501(c)3 organization committed to saving abused, homeless animals and rehabilitating them for their forever home. To save as many animals as we can from high kill shelters and to see the animal through the entire life-cycle of rescuing the animal from the shelter to getting them ready for adoption to fostering and finally into a suitable, caring, "forever" home.
